Yoga: strengthens the body, trains the mind, enriches the spirit.
Yoga is a philosophy, science and an art. Yoga is also a system for inner development that aims at uniting the body, mind and spirit in order for one to experience health and fulfillment. Even though it was discovered in India, it is perfectly applicable in the modern western world that is filled with strive, obstacles, problems and stress.
Individual classes
I hold classes for people all of ages. I take into account each person's physical abilities and his/her advancement on the yoga path. I offer classes to individuals or groups of 2-3 people (it can be couples, whole families, or friends who want to practise together, etc)
Duration: 60 minutes.
Place: the classes take place either at my studio or at the client's home.

Yoga practice is adjusted to your individual needs so it is perfectly safe.
It has been proven that yoga practice raises the level of GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric acid), which is the most important neurotransmitter responsible for calming down the neurons. Too low levels of GABA can be responsible for states of depression, anxiety and epilepsy.
